May I Bring to your kind notice that Vadodara District Probation & After Care Association was established in 1949 by some leading citizens of Vadodara like late Shri Bhailalbhai Contractor, late shri Nanubhai Amin and late Shri Fatehali Palejwala under the chairmanship of the then District Collector & Magistrate Late Shri Lalitchandra Dalai I.C.S. Recently our organization has constructed an excellent new building with very good facilities for these forsaken children which is now know as"Bal-Gokulam".

In order to provide healthy, cheerful environment and best possible oppor-tunities for the education, growth & development of this children. This building was inaugurated by Shri Narendra Modi, Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat on 22nd May2010.

Impressed by the excellent work done by Vadodara District Probation & After Care Association, the Government of Gujarat has recently handed over all institutions currently run by social defense department in Vadodara to this organization for their future development. A big responsibility is thus placed on Vadodara District Probation & After Care Association by the Gove-rnment of Gujarat. Vadodara District Probation & After Care Association an institution for under priviledged & destitute children is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Bombay Trust Act, 1950.
